Terms of service.

They cover the design of your website (Landing Page, One Page, Web Corporativa and Tienda Online), website maintenance and the additional Plus Legal service. The Annex shows what each design includes; maintenance and Plus Legal have their own section.

All amounts in this document are excluding VAT; any applicable VAT is added to the invoice. The final price of your project is the one in the fixed quote we give you before we start. These are the starting prices:

How the design is paid

• 50% of the total when you sign up, as a reservation and to start the project.
• The remaining 50% when the website is ready, before it is published or handed over.

We don't start until we receive the first payment, and we don't publish or hand over the website until the full amount has been paid. You can pay by bank transfer, Bizum or card.

Payment terms for maintenance and Plus Legal are in sections 6 and 7.

The service only includes minor adjustments within what you have contracted.

Any extension, structural change, redesign or new feature is billed at 43 € per hour of work (excl. VAT). The same rate applies to any additional technical support not included in your service.

The design price includes the design and the installation of your website on our hosting, or the delivery of the files if you prefer to host it yourself. In that case, we don't include setup or installation on external hosting.

Your domain is always in your name and the website is yours. While you have maintenance contracted, hosting and domain are included in the fee. If you don't, you take care of hosting and renewing the domain yourself.

You can take care of hosting and maintenance yourself, or leave it in our hands. There are three plans, depending on the type of website. Prices are monthly and excl. VAT:

The price may be higher depending on the size and complexity of your website (number of pages, languages, integrations…). We confirm it in the quote.

What all three plans include

• Hosting and a domain in your name.
• One professional mailbox. If you need more, they are contracted separately.
• SSL certificate.
• Regular technical updates and backups.
• Regular security and performance checks.

• Basic technical support for incidents related to maintenance.

Also, on Online Store only

Your store and Shopify are separate: you have your own Shopify account, with your checkout, your orders, your stock and your payments. We only take care of the integration between your website and Shopify:

• Updates to the integrations, including adapting them when Shopify changes something that affects your store.
• Reasonable checks that the connection with Shopify works: catalogue, cart and the step to payment.

What maintenance doesn't include

• Redesigns, extensions or structural changes. We quote them separately (section 4).
• For stores, Shopify itself: its subscription, its fees and any third-party apps you use. It's a separate service that you contract and pay directly to Shopify or to those providers, and it is not part of our fee.
• For stores, product uploads, order and stock management and the checkout: they are done in your Shopify account and are not part of our service. Design changes, new integrations and new features are quoted separately.
• Shopify incidents (outages, payments, checkout, admin panel): you handle them with their support. If they affect our integration, we review it.

Monthly or quarterly payment

If you choose quarterly payment, we include at no cost one hour of content changes per quarter (content in sections that already exist; design changes are not included).

Terms

• Monthly payment: from the 1st to the 5th of each month.
• Quarterly payment: from the 1st to the 5th of the first month of each quarter.
• To cancel, you need to give us at least 15 days' notice before the next billing period.
• If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you and hand over your website files within 15 days.
• If the fee isn't paid, we may suspend the service.

Keeping your website technically up to date and keeping its legal pages in order are different things. Maintenance takes care of the first; Plus Legal, of the second.

Plus Legal is an additional service that you can only take together with a maintenance plan, never on its own. Prices are monthly, excl. VAT, and are added to those of your maintenance plan:

What it includes

We make sure these three pages are adapted to your business and kept up to date when the regulations that affect them change:

• Legal Notice.
• Privacy Policy.
• Cookie Policy.

What it doesn't include or guarantee

• It isn't personalised legal advice or an audit of your business.
• It doesn't guarantee absolute compliance with all applicable regulations and doesn't on its own remove every legal risk.
• It doesn't include other legal documents, such as contracts with your customers or terms of sale. If you need them, we quote them separately.

To be able to provide the service, we need you to give us truthful, up-to-date information about your activity and to tell us about any important change. If you cancel maintenance, Plus Legal is cancelled too.

We are not responsible for:

• Cyberattacks.
• Hacking.
• Data loss.
• Server outages.
• Problems that come from third parties (hosting, domains, providers or external tools, including Shopify).

If there is a security incident and you need us to recover or intervene after an attack, the service is billed at 43 € per hour (excl. VAT).

It is up to you to keep your credentials and access safe.

The legal pages we include with the design are standard, indicative templates. We are not responsible for whether they fit the regulations that apply to your specific business.

Reviewing and adapting them to current regulations (GDPR, LSSI-CE or any other that applies) is up to you. If you'd rather we do it, you can add Plus Legal to your maintenance (section 7).

Once you have paid the full amount, you have the right to use the final design. The base templates, tools or third-party resources we use remain subject to their own licences.

The initial 50% payment is a reservation and is not refundable. If you cancel once the project has started, we bill you for the work done up to that point. Cancelling maintenance works as explained in section 6.

If for 30 calendar days you don't send us the materials or don't respond, we may consider the project finished. In that case, we don't refund what you have already paid.

We process the personal data you give us in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR), in order to manage the contractual relationship and provide you with the service.

The design of your website includes basic optimisation to improve its visibility in search engines such as Google (structure, speed, use of keywords, etc.). Rankings depend on many external factors, such as competition, the age of the domain, the content strategy or changes in search engine algorithms. That's why we can't guarantee specific positions or results.

The service is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, both parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Arenas de San Pedro (Ávila), waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply to them.

This is what each service includes according to what is published on our website. We don't include features that aren't listed here; the exact scope of your project is set in your fixed quote.

Landing Page (from 790 € + VAT · estimated time 7 working days)

One Page (from 990 € + VAT · estimated time 7 working days)

• Exclusive design, created only for your business, with a structure built to convert.

• Complete launch and post-launch support.
• Several languages, integrations or automations can be part of the project; we specify them in the quote.

Web Corporativa (from 1,990 € + VAT · from 15 working days)

• Custom multi-page structure; the final number of pages is adjusted to your project.
• Exclusive design for each section.
• Advanced technical SEO.
• Contact form.
• Responsive on any device.
• Standard legal pages (section 9).
• Complete launch and post-launch support.

Tienda Online (from 2,990 € + VAT · time depends on the scope)

• Store built with our own code and integrated with your Shopify account, which you contract separately.
• Custom product catalogue, with the products you manage in Shopify.
• Integrated cart and step to the Shopify checkout, where payment is made.
• Orders and stock are managed from your Shopify account.
• Exclusive store design, responsive on any device.
• Standard legal pages, including the e-commerce one (section 9).
• Complete launch and post-launch support.
• Shipping and the payment gateway are configured by you in Shopify. The integration with your website and the catalogue are adapted to your project, and we specify them in the quote.

Post-launch support. A review after your website is published to check that everything works properly. It isn't the same as maintenance (section 6).
